I escaped a few years ago, and am thankful for it everyday. I, however, made a decision to choose sanity over finances, and had an easy transition into something I truely love. Many of my physician friends are desparately looking for a way out and don't know where to turn. I certainly don't know what to tell them, other than to just get out.
Google searches turn up many head hunters and agencies that want large fees, for no guarantee. I did find this interesting site

If you are a physician looking for a way out, you may wish to take a look at it. But does anyone out there have any other suggestions? Just asking. There are alot of docs out there who would be most interested in escape routes.
